The Draycott - Chelsea

The Draycott is a revival collection of ten individual apartments just off London’s iconic Sloane Square. As lead Consultant B3R are providing full design services for the scheme including the translation of 1508’s initial interior design across the development. The first phase is now complete, with the remainder due for early autumn.

The project has been delivered via construction management, with B3R working closely with carefully selected craftsmen and subcontractors capable of providing the height level of workmanship and bespoke delivery.

Transforming Farnborough’s Civic Quarter

Rushmore Borough Council has commissioned B3R Architects who are in partnership with GVA Bilfinger to provide the Council with strategic ad-vice to support its role as partner in the masterplanning process and so delivering transformation of Farnbourough’s Civic Quarter.

Known for their knowledge and experience in leisure and mixed use housing, they are working to enable the Council to make informed decisions on how its assets can best be utilised to support this transformation, develop new housing and fund and build a new Leisure facility.

Innovative High-End Apartments in a Prime Chelsea Location

B3R have been appointed as architects and lead consultant for the design of ten high-end apartments in a prime Chelsea location.  The apartments will showcase elegant and innovative interior designs with arrangements including a triplex garden unit, a duplex penthouse and a magnificent lateral piano nobile unit occupying the entire first floor.
